Kingsley Koo, a director of Valles Steamship, has been elected as the new chairman of the Hong Kong Shipowners Association. Koo will succeed Alan Tung, who is stepping down after completing his two-year term as chairman. Sabrina Chao, of Wah Kwong Shipping Holdings, was elected deputy chairman of the association, taking over from Koo.
