The Baltic Exchange has elected new chairmen to its Freight Market Information Group (FMIUG) tanker section and Forward Freight Agreement Brokers' Association (FFABA) dry section. Susan Glover (BP Shipping) takes over from Jeremy Harris (Shell International Trading & Shipping) to head up the group of shipowners, charterers, operators and freight derivative traders providing the Baltic Exchange with advice on its freight market indices and route assessments. Emily Driver (SSY Futures) replaces Janet Sykes of Clarksons Securities at the FFABA, which promotes best practice in the trading of forward freight agreements (FFAs) and works with the Baltic Exchange.
