Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WWL) is offering $100,000 in grants this year to support entrepreneurs working on zero-emissions technologies for shipping and port logistics. This is the fourth time it has offered the funds, dubbed Orcelle Grants, named after the E/S Orcelle, a zero-emissions concept vessel that WWL developed in 2005 - 'orcelle' is the French name for the Irrawaddy dolphin. The grants were first awarded in 2008 but, this year, they have a wider scope than before.
