The day after listening to President Obama reiterate in his State of the Union speech his goal of doubling US exports by 2014, New Jersey congressman Frank LoBiondo sat in his office on Capitol Hill, largely unimpressed. LoBiondo, a Republican who was selected in January to chair the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation subcommittee of the US House Transportation and Infrastructure committee, doesn't disagree with the goal. He just doesn't think the president is doing what it takes to deliver it.
