Dubai-based international oilfield services group Topaz Energy and Marine's planned listing on the London Stock Exchange is a welcome fillip for The City. Dubai's DP World disappointed London last June by postpon- ing its secondary listing there. Then Greek-controlled Globus Maritime abandoned the LSE's Alternative Investment Market (AIM). Globus preferred NASDAQ, saying a US listing was more favourable to shareholders.
