Okamoto had reason to be excited to be handing over a new business card. On 1 April he became the first managing director for the European division of Yusen Logistics, the new company created by the merger of Japan's NYK Logistics and Yusen Air & Sea Services. "The merger is an important moment for NYK Group," Okamoto explained.
