The good news is that two ship officers imprisoned for more than three years in Venezuela on baseless smuggling charges are now safely home in Ukraine. The bad news is that yet another vessel and its crew have just been ensnared in Venezuela's con-voluted legal system after cocaine was found under the waterline.
