Greece may be balancing on the brink of financial ruin but its strategic location in the Mediterranean remains attractive as a place to invest -even in hard times. In mid-November, Piraeus Port Authority (PPA) met Chinese and South Korean business representatives to discuss how the two Asian countries can invest in Greece's maritime infrastructure. Piraeus is not only looking to sell shares in the country's largest port but also to grant part of its running on a concession basis.
