Terje Askvig (right) has resigned as president and CEO and Per-Hermod Rasmussen has walked away from his position as CFO of Oslo-headquartered chemical tanker operator Eitzen Chemical. Askvig was instrumental in the integration and consolidation of the company after the IPO in 2006, and the financial restructuring in 2009. He will be replaced by Per Sylvester Jensen, the chief operating officer.
