Belarus has agreed to import oil via Ukraine, in a bid to reduce its dependence on Russian oil, and is exploring alternative logistical arrangements to make the imports more cost-effective.rnBelarus has already begun receiving crude oil shipments via Ukraine. The first tanker of Venezuelan product was sent to Ukraine's Odessa terminal on the Black Sea in April, and delivered from there by rail to Belarus's Mozyr refinery.rnSince then two more tankers of Venezuelan crude have been delivered to Belarus via Ukraine, with another two tankers due for delivery this month, reported IHS Global Insight.
