Outlook: Bunker prices saw double-digit gains last week. The BW380 index climbed by $11.50/tonne - a 2010 market high. Although prices on Friday saw a sharp fall, Singapore and Rotterdam dropped $8/tonne. WTI crude futures prices saw a 25-month high on Wednesday at $87.81/barrel before a fall on Thursday with early trading on Friday at$86.87/barrel.
