The Captain had just taken this picture of oil wagons from a public footbridge in the Georgian port of Batumi when he was approached by a thickset security official who then marched him off to see his superior officer. The Captain only had himself to blame; with the Russian incursion still fresh in people's minds, he should have expected the Georgians to be a little suspicious of anyone photographing what clearly fell into the category of 'sensitive'.rnAs far as the Captain was concerned, he was merely taking pictures in a public place, though that was clearly not how the official - who appeared to be a product of Soviet era training - saw it.
