J Lauritzen of Denmark has sold four sister ships to Chartworld Shipping in Greece for $80M. Attached is a bareboat charterback to the owner for five years at an undisclosed rate. Lauritzen Reefers is now left with an owned fleet of six smaller vessels. This sale comes at a time when the market is changing and the spot market is under pressure.
