Hamburg's state government has lowered its privatisation targets for terminal operator HHLA after Berlin vetoed the planned sale to railway operator Deutsche Bahn. "Whoever we negotiate with, we won't dispose of more than 49% of the company," mayor Ole von Beust reassured port workers.
