Not so; CT is an unwanted water plant transported in ships' ballast water into the port limits of Adelaide in South Australia. Fishing is a big industry in South Australia's in the Spencer Gulf. CT is toxic to fish after hatching and in their early development. So fish stocks are in danger of dying out. The South Australian Department of Fisheries and the Department of Shipping conferred and agreed that containment would be adopted, so a notice was issued to mariners.
