At Hanjin Shipping, first-half profits leapt 235 per cent to a record 60.7Bn won ($54.5M) and liftings grew 3.4 per cent to 996,000 TEU for the six-months to June. The company is maintaining its target of W80Bn (S71.75M) in net income and four trillion won in sales for the year, according to KH Lee, senior VP of planning and legal affairs.
