When the original HYGOOD~R i3~(TM) was introduced it provided the market with a total-flooding inert gas fire suppression solution that uses truly sustainable 'clean' fire suppression technology and was immediately welcomed for its non-toxic, non-corrosive, odour-free, zero ozone depleting, zero atmospheric lifetime and zero global warming profile. Now, with the launching of the new i3 ADVANTAGE~(TM), Tyco Fire Suppression & Building Products has added constant-flow technology and taken inert gas suppression to a new and welcome level. This has significantly enhanced the system's performance by eliminating the need for high-pressure pipework, reducing the requirement for room venting, lowering installation costs and reducing room turbulence on agent discharge.
