Rolls-Royce has delivered the first Trent 900 engine produced at its Seletar, Singapore, facility to Airbus in Toulouse. The Trent 900 is one of two engine choices on the Airbus A380, the other being the Engine Alliance GP7200. "Delivery of the first Trent aero engine produced in Singapore is a significant milestone for us," says director of the Seletar campus Paul O'Neil. "It represents a huge collaborative effort, with colleagues in the UK supporting our team here to ensure that the engine, produced to our exacting standards, was delivered on time."
