"In the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years," a sentiment voiced by President Abraham Lincoln, is a reasonable mantra for an educator. It could also be the motivation behind a course taught by President William Brody of Johns Hopkins University. In fact, Dr. Brody embodies the concept of living life to the fullest. He plays classical piano, speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese, holds several patents for medical devices, and he has a Ph.D. in electrical engineering in addition to his medical degree. But what really seems to light Dr. Brody's fire is exercising his ATP and CFII certificates and flving his Pilatus PC-12.
