What do you love most about your job?rn"What I enjoy most about my job is making things happen. I like to put together a solid plan and execute it. I also enjoy working with people to bring them to their potential. One of the most beneficial experiences that I have had has been my involvement with our association (the OIMP). It's enjoyable to give my input to providing solutions to industry challenges, and it keeps me up to date on the trends of the future of the industry as a whole. I have been involved for almost 20 years and hold a position of past president."
