A range of some of the most innovative food start-ups gathered at London's Altitude 360 venue in March for the second Food Industry Innovation 2018 Showcase, organised by the Knowledge Transfer Network and Innovate UK. Amid presentations from speakers, examining emerging technologies and their appli-cations for the food industry and offering advice on devel-oping concepts and securing financial backing, a selection of those start-ups pitched their ideas and funding requests.
