Dr Andy Wood OBE has been with Adnams the brewer for 20 years. He spent the last four of these at the helm of the company, where he has been driving diversification in a bid to strengthen the business. He speaks passionately about his ability to leverage Adnams's 142 years of experience in the sector to draw in new and previously unreachable customers in a turbulent market.
