With increased speed, higher payload and a smaller footprint, the new FlexPicker IRB360 from ABB Robotics is the second generation robot for pick and place applications.rnSeveral important objectives have been met in the design, and its features include 50 percent higher payload, up to 6.6 pounds. Increased payload capacity can accommodate the mass of the increasingly sophisticated grip-pers required in handling diverse products.
