"Our typical client is an investor who is not looking for further exposure to stocks and bonds and who is seeking tax savings and tax-sheltered cash flow from their investments," says David Dyer, president of Alliance Affiliated Equities Corporation (AAEC). Although seamless access to appropriate financial and tax advisors is provided when requested, the firm does not "manage money" for clients. According to Dyer, AAEC does three things: identify tangible asset investment opportunities that make sense for a portion of clients' investment portfolios; research the investment space to find "best of breed" companies to invest with; and provide clients with world-class service during the life of the investments.
