Israel's recent military exercise involving more than 100 aircraft-an undertaking with only one target: Iran-underscores a ghastly global danger. Iran is hell-bent on getting nuclear weapons and has ballistic missiles that can reach virtually all of Europe. Libya might reconsider the agreement it made with us several years ago to abandon its atomic weapons program. Thirty years ago only 9 countries had ballistic missiles; now that tally is 27 and counting.
