The theory behind "soclally responsible" investment funds is that you can, without sacrificing return, purge your portfolio of companies that make alcohol, tobacco, weapons or other things you consider wicked. Dodson, is run out of San Francisco. Dod-son was a Berkeley undergrad during the antiwar 1960s.
