But a case won by the litigious heir is reverberating through the world of family trusts.Hank hit age 52 before discovering that he was among the beneficiaries of a trust Dad had set up in the name of his mother, Lois, in 1959. The trust was funded with a mere $1 million in stock in the family's business, McNeil Laboratories. But McNeil made Tylenol, and Johnson & Johnson soon bought the company for a nice chunk of J&J stock. Now the Lois Trust is worth $300 million.
