摘要

The feasibility of the removal of reactive dye Orange 86 MX-3R from artificial water was examined using low cost sepiolite in batch and continuous systems. The equilibrium adsorption isotherms have been analyzed by Langmuir and Freundlich, in batch system. Langmuir adsorption isotherm constants corresponding to the adsorption capacity, q(0), were found as 48.5, 67.9 and 96.9 mg/g for sepiolite at 20, 50 and 80 degrees C, respectively.
