Integration of augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and mixed reality (MR)rncould transform the environment in which users interact with digital twins. Usingrnwearable MR devices will offer users the flexibility of interacting with the twin inrnany environment of their choice. MR, along with offering an immersivernenvironment, will allow users to also be aware of the real physical environmentrnaround them. Companies such as VEERUM are already working toward usingrnVR for digital twins. Microsoft HoloLens could be used to support this idea.
