We use the technique of nested set to study the structure of the lattice of all fuzzy (left, right) ideals of a given ring. We give a way to depict the supremum of fuzzy (left, right) ideals by nested set and prove that the lattice of all fuzzy (left, right) ideals of a given ring is modular.
