摘要

The new device for spinning nonwovens (photo) is compact but also very flexible for changing the parameters of the spinning process. According to Nanoval, they are ideally suited for: testing of new raw-materials prior to production, assessment of spinning behaviour of new polymers, optimisation of spinning parameters, variation of filament fineness and filament diameter distribution, and specific adjustment of web formation and web properties for product development. For meltspun polymers, the Berlin company offers spinning systems for e. g. filter media, such as PP, PE, PA, PLA, PET, PBT, PPS. For solution-spun polymers (Lyocell/Cellulose), it offers spinning systems for nonwovens made of sustainable materials, such as paper pulp or dissolving pulp, cotton linters or waste paper. After more than ten years of development by a small team, this spinning process offers an alternative to conventional meltblown nonwovens with the following advantages: A high web uniformity has been achieved.
