摘要

The paper first of all motivates the relevance of an automatic transformation XPIanGML → INSPIRE Planned Land Use for the effective 'Implementation of the INSPIRE directive. After a presentation of the INSPIRE data format and the defined land use classification Schemata, rules for mapping XPIanGML classes, attributes and relations on corresponding INSPIRE constructs are defined, which then are used for transforming two existing spatial plans. Finally, chances and limitations of the automatic transformation process are discussed and some open issues presented.%Im Beitrag wird zun?chst begründet, warum eine automatische Transformation von XPIanGML-Daten in das INSPIRE-Datenformat für die geplante Bodennutzung für eine effektive Umsetzung der INSPIRE-Richtlinie wichtig ist. Nach einer Vorstellung des INSPIRE-Datenformats und der darin definierten Klassifikationsschemata für die Bodennutzung werden Regeln definiert, die XPIanGML Klassen, Attribute und Relationen auf entsprechende Konstrukte des INSPIRE-Datenformats abbilden. Diese Regeln werden beispielhaft zur Transformation zweier existierender Pl?ne benutzt. Abschlie?end werden M?glichkeiten und Grenzen der automatischen Transformation diskutiert und einige offene Punkte aufgezeigt.
