Energy Secretary Rick Perry this morning briefed President Trump on his recent trip to Ukraine, where the Cabinet member said the United States would pursue sanctions over a controversial pipeline project. Earlier this week, Perry led a delegation to Kiev to attend the inauguration of Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
