Royal Dutch Shell PLC has been accused of trying to bury a report that found widespread environmental damage surrounding the site of Its two oil spills In Nigeria a decade ago. The 2015 report looked at the aftermath of the spills, which spewed thousands of barrels of oil from a ruptured Shell pipeline Into the Bodo fishing community. It found that environmental degradation In the community had significantly worsened after years of delayed cleanup efforts.
