Blaine Cooper, the first cooperating witness to testify against fellow Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupiers, described a meeting in Ammon Bundy's home on Dec. 29, 2015, when the host discussed taking over the Oregon refuge. Cooper's testimony, which came on the fifth day of the second Oregon standoff trial, is the first time anyone has referenced this meeting in court. He has pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges related to the occupation.
