Coming up with the $100 billion in annual climate change aid that countries vowed to deliver by 2020 is "critical" to closing the deal on a global warming accord this year, World Bank President Jim Yong Kim said today. Speaking at a high-level panel at the World Bank's spring meetings, Kim said climate needs are vast. More than $89 trillion in greening infrastructure alone is needed by 2030, he said, with an additional $4.1 trillion in incremental investment to help countries move to low-carbon energy sources.
