NGWA delivered a one-two punch for the groundwater industry this winter with a successful Washington Fly-in and National Ground Water Awareness Week-showcasing members' expertise and interests in the midst of a down economy.rnThe goal was twofold: protect the interests of groundwater and the industry and drive business to NGWA members. NGWA achieved this goal by successfully communicating through both the Fly-in and Awareness Week how groundwater provides quality drinking water via properly constructed and maintained water well systems and through water testing, treatment as necessary, and groundwater protection.
