-The basic principles of an integrated navigation and control system of the Soyuz-2 launch vehicle, fundamentally modernized both in its structure and hardware, are considered. The results of the field tests and the data on qualitatively new features of the modernized control system obtained in the process of the rocket prelaunch preparation and flight are discussed. The significant improvement of the control system was made possible due to wide application of digital technology.
