A small three-axis laser gyroscope (TLG)-M-40-has been developed by the Ramensky Instrument Engineering Plant (RIEP) to be applied in navigation and attitude reference systems of medium accuracy, imposing higher demands on the weight and dimensions, readiness time, and tolerance for external mechanical influences. M-40 TLGs are self-contained devices for measuring orientation parameters with digital data output.
