In the present paper, we introduce a new approach to polynomials by means of matrix theory, show that g(x) divides f(x) if and only if KankB9~T = Rank(B9~T | A~T)(see Theorem 2.4) and give a new method to compute the quotient and remainder, respectively, for the division of one polynomial by other polynomial and the greatest common divisor of polynomials.
