摘要

Against the background of some raging controversies outlined very briefly in the section 1 of this work, we would attempt here to analyse and understand the properties of of J/Ψ-production in Cu + Cu interaction at the highest RHIC energy. With the help of a model of non-'standard' nature, we conclude that (ⅰ) the JΨ-meson production does not show any specific peculiarity of behaviour and could be treated at par with some other hadronic secondaries; (ⅱ) the system-size does not lead to any qualitative change of behaviour; the changes are manifested only in quantitative terms and in a minor way.
