摘要

Polycrystalline PZT, PLT and PbTiO ferroelectric thin films, highly oriented PbTiO ferroelectric thin films and epitaxial growth PZT, PLT ferroelectric thin films with per-ovskite-type structure were prepared by the sol-gel method. Ferroelectric properties of the ceramic thin films were confirmed by P-E hysteresis loops. The pyroelectric and optical properties were also measured.
