"Heads in beds" shouldn't include tossing and turning, so some hotels are helping guests get a decent night's sleep during their visits. The Hotel Corinthia in London started a sleep program last year and has built on it since. Besides creating a restful ambience in rooms with, among other things, blackout shades and lavender-scented pillows, guests can receive a "mindful massage" that includes a session of yoga nidra, a meditation practice that promotes deep relaxation. Guests can have the treatment in their rooms or in the spa - but if they opt for the spa and are too groggy afterward to find the elevator, they can power nap in a sleep pod.
