Messe Frankfurt's Ambiente consumer goods trade fair will highlight international manufacturers of products for the hotel, restaurant and catering sectors. The show will publish the Horeca Guide to help buyers from hotels, restaurants and catering companies navigate and optimize their time at Ambiente. A Horeca label also will be displayed on relevant exhibition stands. Ambiente lets buyers be inspired by a broad spectrum of trends and products. According to show organizers, buyers can create orders on the spot, which may allow for better pricing and which also grants buyers the opportunity to judge the quality of products firsthand. The 2017 Ambiente show will be held at Frankfurt am Main, Germany, February 10 to 14.
