After 35 years of dedicated service, Franki Dittmann has retired as managing director of Convotherm.rnDittmann, who co-founded Convotherm in 1975, transformed the company from a German manufacturer to a global enterprise. Convotherm became part of The Manitowoc Co. in 2008 as part of Manitowoc's acquisition of Enodis.
