Palm beach, florida the family behind the luxury residential real estate development firm Ceebraid-Signal Corp. has formed The Obadon Hotel Group to operate four hotels in south Florida acquired over the past several years. "Our philosophy is to purchase existing hotels in coveted markets with envied locations," says CEO Adam Schlesinger, who has a portfolio that includes The Brazilian Court in Palm Beach, The Mayfair Hotel & Spa in Coconut Grove, The Traymore Hotel in South Beach and The Omphoy Ocean Resort in Palm Beach. So far, The Brazilian Court and The Mayfair are open; the other two are set to open early next year.
