摘要

The peculiarities of the biochemical status of the freshwater mollusk i Anodonta cygnea (Bivalvia) at high water temperature and at a high content of sodium ions were investigated. Under the influence of these factors, the content of glycogen and the total content of protein decreased, whereas the content of lipids in the gill tissue of the mollusk increased. The increase in the activity of the enzymes lactate dehydrogenase and succinate dehydrogenase is indicative of the increase in the activity of energetic processes in the gills. Relationship was established between the activity of atpase in the gill tissue of i A. cygnea and water temperature and the concentration of sodium ions in the aquatic environment.
