摘要

At present many hydraulic structures in Russia and commonwealth countries are in need of a radical selection of a method and technology of restoring the destroyed layer of concrete in the variable water-level zone. Up to now gunite has been one of the most common methods of treating such damage; however, its use, as a rule, does not give good results and after 2-3 years leads to its complete destruction. The main cause ruling out the use of gunite on surfaces in the variable water-level zone is the rather high porosity and, as a consequence of this, water permeability.
