摘要

Prestressed reinforced-concrete cast-in-situ and precast structures have found wide use in industrial and civil reinforced-concrete construction [1, 2, 3, 4]. Their use makes it possible to increase crack resistance and strength of structures, to use industrial methods of constructing structures, and to save expensive reinforcing steel. Experimental and theoretical studies were carried in the 1980-1990s at the Power Structures Research Insti- Tute (NIES) for substantiating proposed methods of strengthening damaged massive concrete and reinforced-concrete Structures with the use of prestressed reinforced concrete members.
