The public corporation ELSIB is one of the leading enterprises of the Russian Federation in manufacturing hydroelectric generators for hydroelectric stations as well as turbine generators for thermal power stations, large high-power alternating-current electrical machines, high-voltage converters, and other electrical machines. ELSIB has manufactured and delivered to hydrostations of Russia, CIS countries, and the far abroad more than 150 generators of various capacity, from 25, 000 to 300, 000 kW. All generators and other electrical machines are manufactured by ELSIB on the basis of the developments of its own specialists, who continuously improve the design of the machines and manufacturing technology.
